Home Performance Community Technical Support Group
Launching in Fall 2026
The Home Performance Community Technical Support Group will provide HPG members with direct access to trusted technical expertise through the Member Portal on our website. HPG members will be able to ask home performance questions and receive guidance from other community members and local industry experts. This resource is designed to help members with timely support when they need it most.
Experts will support members on home performance topics such as assessments, equipment and installation, whole home energy efficiency retrofitting, applying building science principles in the field, etc.
HPG Members will have access to:
- A searchable frequently asked questions database
- Live Q&A with advisors at HPG’s monthly in-person meetings
