HPG strengthens the industry by connecting new and emerging contractors with experienced HPG members for hands-on learning in both technical home performance skills and contractor business development.
Participants will receive up to 60 hours of customized guidance from a flexible menu of options, allowing them to focus on the skills most relevant to their experience level and business goals. This program is designed to build technical expertise, business confidence, and a strong pipeline of skilled contractors in the home performance industry. You must be a Home Performance Guild member to participate; spots are limited.

- Window installation
- Air sealing and insulation
- HVAC and duct sealing
- Ventilation and mold mitigation
- Reading construction plans (new construction)
- Energy-efficient appliances, including heat pump dryers, induction stoves, and heat pump water heaters
