In building a successful program, we knew from the beginning it was critical to have both feedback and input of contractors. If it didn’t work for the contractors, we knew the program wouldn’t work. However, getting a collective vision from 20 disparate business owners is difficult. The Home Performance Guild of Oregon made it easy to provide a single, consolidated voice with very professional representation. They provided feedback on sales, operations, and incentives.
